So some may not know this but the Mazda B series trucks after 04 I believe, whenever the cluster design changed, they came out with a Mazda exclusive silver gauge faces. And....I bought a cluster with them and the silver rings (not sure if I will use the rings) to take the faces out and transfer them to my cluster (so I can have my miles on my cluster)

Nice! I would think the actual mileage would be stored in the SJB or PCM, rather than the cluster (since it's digital). But, if that isn't the case, wouldn't it be easier to just change the module in the middle? I have a 2003, so I haven't actually had one of these 2004+ clusters in my hand (so I may have just said something stupid).

EDIT: BTW, use the silver rings! :)

Hillyard lives here in Evansville, Indiana, if I recall correctly. He's always got something for sale.

EDIT: No, he is not registered here.

Removed the faces and rings and needles. Also saved the extra bulbs that came with the cluster Now just have to swap everything to my cluster.

Nice touch . Not much for us early 90's guys but I did swap a 92 Explorer or Mazda equivalent into mine . The colors are different for redlines and such . Love the just make it happen attitude you acknowledged
