Nice looking pieces.
I like the "Ranger".
Wish I could buy one but I will need a different plate... I can never do the same thing as others.
Looks good Jim, hope you sell a lot.

Since I don't have a 5.0, I don't have a need for one.  Actually, if I were to have a custom plate made, I think I would have "302 C. I." on it instead (old school).

Not enough room for the real stats.

Would have to be "301.5928 C. I."  :P

Wow it isn't a 5.0 either, it is a 4.9422

I'd be happy with the "Ranger" with an smaller "SVO" just under the end of Ranger !  LoL !

BUT wrong plate size for me and it would be a one-off item... out cometh the Hand Grinder !
If I could only find a used Milling Machine CHEAP !

LoL !

Jim, Good Luck on the SALES !

The dies are what is expensive. I have a neighbor that has a Bridgeport but only a dozen or so dies. He is retired ME and picked it up when the company he worked for went CNC.

I like that... buying for scrap prices.

I had the chance a number of years ago, to buy a Bridgeport with 200 hours, for $1500, I should have but didn't think I would have a need for it !

Something you said... "Dies", what are the Dies used for on a Milling Machine ?  Thx

I thought it was just a matter of moving the table in the direction you want to cut ?

Thx

Different dies for materials and the shapes of the cuts. My neighbor has an early 90's Bridgeport that I have used a couple of times. He has a nice machine shop in his basement.

Sure, .IGS or whatever your cad system can handle. I have mastercam and solidworks.

But you have to share your progress, want to see what you come up with!
