Getting g the exhaust done finally.. where should I place the 02 sensors? Any particular place? Downstream o2's are deleted

Weld the bungs at least 6" from the headers. Try to keep the right and left about the same distance from the headers AND get good quality O sensors, 2 new ones, bought at the same time if you want more accuracy.


Good job on the downstreams, completely useless for anything.

I have no idea for sure but the shorty headers I used on my last 5.0L Swap the sensors were in the collectors off the headers, they came that way.
Never had a problem with them.
I drove that Ranger for at least five years with that setup.
