Anyone have one of these? If I replace my carpet the cup holder goes away.

My engineering spidy senses tells me relocating the RCM is a very bad idea, covering it with a cup holder was a little better but not much.

I have only seen one of them come through at work. With your access to pretty much a full fab shop I would make a nice aluminum cover that also doubles as a toggle switch holder or gauge pod. It would be something one off

My ex cab I think looks funny with cup holders in the console and cup holders in the... cup holder. Only 2 people can ride in a reg cab why would they need 4 drinks?

I like the aluminum cover idea but shiny aluminum might look funny with the rest of the interior.

I'll wait for you to find me one :)

Some rangers had a black box that covered the rcm instead of cup holders. Which is what mine had originally

4 cup holders for 2. The closest 2 are for your warm beverages (coffee or tea) and the other 2 are for your cold beverages ( bottled water or cans of soda pop). Lol.

I decided on a darker carpet. The company that has the carpets also has lengths you can buy, I'm going to get enough extra to cover a sub box, if I get it all at once it will match 100%.

V8 Level II will have the part numbers, send him a PM, Bob purchased a lot of these things and he keeps the numbers handy.

I will look through my part bin, I think I have a new one but do not know how much to ask for it !

Yes, correct part number is 3L5Z-13111A74-AAA. This is for the black RCM cover as used ONLY on the 2002~2003 FX4's with manual transmission AND manual transfer case. Same as pictured in 1st post. The last price I remember on eBay was around 40~45 shipped. These are long gone now.

Funny thing, if that would have appeared when I was actively looking I would not have hesitated clicking the button. I have been to that sale like 20 times and my hand starts shaking when I try to click LOL there are so many other things 55 dollarish that I need for all 3 of my trucks. I had all but given up, I got one without the holders (just has the flat space) from black06 and was planning on chopping it up and using that.

It is still worth it to me but man so many things needed. If I sell something I'll pick it up else I'm going to sit the auction out and put in a bid in the last 2 seconds like I normally do.
