Agreed.. we can usually jump on any other Post for a response, Can't start our own posts.. its ridiculous to be frank. You cant expect people to stay and post if you cant even post anything because the site wont let you.
It's like having an extended fuel tank, but you poked a 1" hole two inches above the bottom on the side of the tank. What you try to put in runs right back out and the tank holds nothing but bare minimum of fuel.
We can't post Ads, we cant post Articles, add to the post counts.. after you try 3-5 times and keep getting error codes from both the site and even firefox. You've already spent more time than needed for effort. No reward for your effort, no ones going to post or engage. So if you're looking at why participation is down, stop blaming FB for everything and think outside of the box.
That is one of the things that on a personal level drives me nuts about most forums and why they're disappearing, most of the people running them cant step outside of 1999 to be different. TRS thrives because its not cookie cutter, and the guy operates within current trends, and listens to people with positive and serious input.
