Wow made me remember, I got tires one time at walmart, back when I had a Corsica. That's dripping with poor I know but hang with me.

They stripped a lug nut off putting it back on, impacted it back off AND PUT THE HUB CAP ON. It's a good thing I saw them do it, I mean mistakes happen but don't try to cover it up.
