I couldn't imagine politicians EVER going for that. They would all stop raising campaign funds... oh wait! What a wonderful idea! LMAO
Make me president for a day, and this + a few other things are on the list of Executive orders to be signed before the sun sets. Besides, who needs Congress, their public approval rating is absolutely terrible and all they would do is kill time and inhibit valuable productivity.
