Unfortunately, 6 months later, he fell asleep on his way home from work and totaled the truck.  LOTS of work down the tubes on that one.

I had that happen to me with my first Ranger a 1996 4x4. I was working nights & I was a couple miles from home when I fell asleep & went off the road & hit a tree. Fortunately I was not injured.

Cameron was working 3rd shift at the time... about 3 miles from home.  Didn't hit a tree, instead, he chose a metal street light pole.  Snapped it right off (although I have heard these are designed to do just that).  Police on the scene said the marks in the ground indicated the truck rolled 6 times before coming to rest.  And like you, luckily, he was not injured other than some minor cuts and bruises.  That Ranger held together VERY well to protect him.
