You do know that Fox's lawyers argued in Federal court that a reasonable viewer with the appropriate amount of skepticism will realize that Carlson is not 'stating actual facts', that he engages in 'exaggeration' and shares 'non-literal commentary' right? His own company said not to believe him. Are you saying you do believe him?
