Called the DMV with questions about how to legally do a cab swap but apparently all the laws changed in January....great. First tings first, I'm applying for a title and if I don't have sufficient evidence of ownership then I can apply for a bonded title. I'm doing that this week or next since the DMV and Tax Office close the same time I get off work and can only call during lunch.
