As to being used for a Ramp System, it would have to be a very light weight system for something like Bicycles because the tailgate sheet metal is not that strong.
When I hauled that last load of brick I put every bit of it on the tailgate so I wouldn't have to keep crawling in the bed....not a scratch or dent to be found
