What material did you use for the lines ?
When I was working on the '82 Jeep Scrambler, I used S/S, but there are others.
I was looking for new line a while back, found not only S/S, which isn't as expensive as I thought, but also a Nickel Copper, is that like "Cupronickel" ?
It stated they were easier to bend and corrosion resistance.
Just a thought: "Is there an easy way to form a Double Flare" ?
I've always used the Mandrel with tapered tool and pin die, but I've had my problems... I remember a while back my brother came up with an electric crimper for a Double Flare, did a decent job ! I don't remember the manufacturer !

We can cover the DF tool in detail there, but basically I had a cheap one, it developed a problem from me loaning it but it had a problem anyway, I bought a new one that works better but not the bomb.
