I found and fixed the water leak. Turns out it was a body seam just below the passenger side corner of the windshield, but not the windshield seal itself.
I found some caulking that is made for exterior use, primarily for weather sealing, so I figured that should do the trick. Since it's not exactly warm, I'm going to give it a week to cure, just to be safe.
I also got the edges of the dash sprayed with SEM black interior dye. The dash is ready to go back in, now.
Oh, and I apologize for the lack of progress as of late. I got switched to 3rd shift, which has my schedule completely on it's head. I have to figure out when I can do things to the truck.
