I am using a Motorola, BT Speaker/MIc Combo, mounted on the drivers side visor, off center towards the center of the vehicle. I have used it for about a year now and it works well in that position, if moving... the windows... closed make listening easier but most people can hear what I am saying. A mic mounted to the same position might work ok too, but as stated in another post, test, test, test, finds the best spot.
