Update time! It's been a busy few months for me, but I've had the truck out on a pair of wheeling trips since Wellsville.

Over memorial day weekend, Bundy Hill Offroad had a veterans ride along event where local clubs volunteered to give rides to veterans who were interested in offroading but didn't have rigs of their own. Veteran turn out was a little low unfortunately, but we had a great day of wheeling anyway.

My buddy Brian's bronco II "Giligan" stretching its legs.

For the most part, we had a miserable spring here in the midwest. But, we had a rare beautiful rain-free day for this event.

A few weeks later, a smaller group of us went up to Rocks and Valleys Offroad in north-central Michigan for a weekend of camping and wheeling.

We started the day with this little rock crawl. After a several unsuccessful attempts, I ended up having to back down and take the bypass. The open diffs and 33" tires weren't having it... haha    A few of the bigger tire guys also struggled, so I didn't feel quite as bad.

We had 3 Fords on this trip, one of which was a first gen explorer with a 5spd manual.

These next few show the somebody's ranger beached like a silver whale again...   haha   Its hard to tell in the picture, but there is large rock under the passenger side that was picking up that side of the truck. I ended up getting winched up and over it.

Had a great time on both trips, and now I've got a bunch maintenance and  work to do...  haha
