Well I made a decision after looking at the entire motor assembly cocked a few degrees.
The left motor mount will be swapped for the correct one which I have now. It has been a trip but the entire project was derailed by one thing all this time.... one random bad packaging error when I bought the first mounts. Actually the second I bought explorer mounts the first time. Second time I bought the right one according to the package but the mount inside was an expo v8 mount go figure.
