This happened first set of tires on my dodge. Actually I tried to have it aligned and they said the ball joint was bad, I couldn't afford the front end parts.
A year later when I could LOL the fronts were already down to threads so try to drive it as little as you can. But if it takes wasting some tires and it is more feasible to put it off... it happens!
