I am not sure but my guess is you are taking your picture as large as possible on the Phone and you need to reduce the size some or figure out a way to reduce the size prior to importing to the Site.
When I first got the picture it filled my screen, I had to reduce it to the smallest size in my storage system and then crop it as much as possible... BUT it worked... I think !
