|AFAIK, that boot is not available separately and any used one is probably already torn or crispy and ready to frag.
A new assembly includes the telescoping shaft, u-joint and boot. About $300~400 online. I lucked into an NOS part for $160 on eBay. They do come up once in a while.
Not very difficult to R&R, IMO.
