|Well I guess this isn't really considered suspension. But it appears at some point in the near future I'll need to replace my rack and pinion. It's leaking pretty good. It's the original with 381,000 miles on it. I was wondering if anyone made the boot that covers the steering shaft to rack coupling? It appears that it is broken on every Ranger. I can't find a source for it but mine is torn and I see thats where it's wet. It's not the rack boots it's at the end of the steering shaft. Should this be an expensive job to get done? I don't know if I want to attempt this job at home.
