|What exactly is this part? I know the rubber bushing surrounding this part is shot, but is this a serious issue or somewhat normal...? I don't think I experience driveshaft vibrations, but its hard to tell on country roads as they're all rough. Also, my rear is lowered 2" by drop shackles and I read those are bad because they don't correct pinion angle and the slip yoke gets pushed into the trans...can someone send me a picture of their stock truck with the proper slip yoke and pinion angle? I know I probably post too many times on this forum with things that seem ridiculous, but I figured that you guys are older than me and more experienced and I can trust the information given on this forum, so please don't get frustrated with me. Thank y'all for your time.

knowing when to quit is wisdom, being able to quit is courage.
1983 Ranger, reluctantly taking apart. Donor/project vehicle.
1997 Ranger Ex Cab Manual 4.0 2wd, dead on arrival. Hopefully reviving for a daily driver.
