|Well another member on here sent me a invite . So been checking it out and decided to start a build thread here now . Not much love for us lowlifes on the other forums and doin what I do with my ranger . To each their own i guess . The truck started off as a 94 4.0 xlt xcab. Rocked the 4.0 for couple years til the head gaskets went finally . At that point in short Decided to swap it with a 5.0 . Found a 96 expo as a donor for $1100 on cl. Swapped all the goodies over (motor,4r70w,axle w/3.73 ,front seat windshield double visors , interior over head lights ) . Kept it efi and workin obd2 system . Had the bed off for the axle and fuel pump swap , so also decided to go wood flatbed . Fast forward to the beginning of this year and swapped a 10 gallon fuel cell in and relocated to behind the axle for weight transfer and now the t5 and hydro brake setup is in . Rears are disconnected from stock master and runs on its own . Front brakes are 97 knuckles and dual piston setup . Still stops on a dime with fronts only on the pedal . Most likely due to still having the stock master meant for rear drums . I’ll get pics post on here as i go from this point on . I did upload some to the gallery for now of some randoms . Lookin forward to seein more activity on this forum then the others get
